In the eleventh week of our food waste management project at MAS Intimate Pannala, we focused on ensuring the quality of our deliverables, actively participating in the Lincom project of the school nutrition programme, and analyzing food waste reports. This update highlights the key activities and achievements during this productive week.
1. Quality Check of Videos: During Week 11, we completed the video production process and submitted the final videos to Thushanthi Madam for quality checking. Her expertise and feedback are crucial in ensuring that the videos effectively convey the message of food waste management and engage the audience. This step is vital in delivering impactful content to drive positive behavioral change.
2. Participation in Lincom Project: In line with our commitment to community involvement, we actively participated in the Lincom project of the school nutrition programme. Collaborating with the school nutrition initiative allowed us to share insights on food waste reduction and management, extending the benefits of our project to a wider audience.
3. FM Channel Script Quality Check: We completed the scripts for the FM channel messages and sent them to both Thushanthi Madam and Mr. Sandaruwan for their review. Their input and validation ensure that the messages are informative, persuasive, and tailored to resonate with the MAS Intimate Pannala community.
4. Food Waste Reports Analysis: During Week 11, we diligently analyzed the food waste reports collected from MAS Intimate Pannala. This data provides valuable insights into the quantity and nature of food waste generated within the organization. The analysis will aid in identifying specific areas for improvement and implementing targeted strategies to minimize waste.
5. Sharing the Food Waste Reports: After analyzing the food waste reports, we shared the findings with both Thushanthi Madam and Mr. Sandaruwan. Their involvement in this process ensures that the data is accurately interpreted and helps guide future decisions and actions regarding food waste management.
Week 11 was characterized by thorough quality checks of our deliverables, participation in the Lincom project, and valuable insights gained from analyzing food waste reports. By engaging with key stakeholders, including Thushanthi Madam and Mr. Sandaruwan, we ensure that our efforts remain aligned with the project's goals. With the videos, FM channel messages, and food waste reports reaching their final stages, we are excited to witness the positive impact of our food waste management project at MAS Intimate Pannala.
