- Finalizing Deliverables with Dr. Thushanthi's Input: As the project neared its end, we eagerly awaited feedback from Dr. Thushanthi on the deliverables, which encompassed awareness videos, posters, FM channel messages, menus, and food waste reports analysis. With her valuable insights, we addressed any identified areas for improvement and made necessary refinements to ensure the effectiveness of these materials in raising awareness about responsible food waste management.

Each of these deliverables is designed to inspire the employees at MAS Intimate Pannala to actively participate in reducing food waste and adopting sustainable practices.
- Comprehensive
Food Waste Reports Analysis: Throughout the project, we conducted a
detailed analysis of the food waste reports collected from MAS Intimate
Pannala. This in-depth examination provided valuable insights into the
organization's food waste generation patterns, allowing us to develop
data-driven strategies to effectively minimize waste.
- Meeting
to Review Project Output: As part of the final week's activities, we
held a meeting to review the overall project output. During this
evaluation, we assessed the impact of our initiatives and ensured that all
deliverables aligned with the project's objectives. This final review
reaffirmed the positive impact our project has made in promoting
responsible food waste management practices.
- Submission
of Project Materials to MAS Intimates: With a sense of fulfillment, we
formally submitted all project materials to MAS Intimates. We presented
the awareness videos, posters, FM channel messages, menus, and food waste
reports analysis. These materials will serve as valuable resources to
