Progression of week 4

 This is our progression......


During the morning session, our main objective was to gather data on the food consumption habits of the workers at MAS. We carefully observed their breakfast routines and took note of the specific food and beverages they consumed. To ensure accuracy, we used standardized measuring tools to quantify the portion sizes of each item.


By analyzing these observations and measurements, we obtained valuable insights into the workers' food consumption patterns and the resulting generation of food waste. This information will be instrumental in guiding our ongoing food waste management project at MAS, enabling us to develop targeted strategies for reducing waste and promoting sustainability.


Overall, both the morning and evening sessions provided us with significant and informative experiences. The data we collected will be thoroughly analyzed and combined with other sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the nature and scale of food waste at MAS. This will aid us in formulating effective interventions and strategies to minimize waste and maximize resource efficiency.
